Mission Focus For January:

SalkehatchieSalkehatchie logo

Start off the new year by supporting Salkehatchie Summer Service! This may seem way ahead of the game, but please consider making a donation this month to Salkehatchie, so that we may help provide scholarships to youth who wish to serve in June. “Many hands make light work,” so let’s try to send many St. Matthew hands to Salkehatchie sites this summer!

As at all times throughout the year, do please continue to bring in non-perishables for the Food Pantry at United Ministries. These items are always needed to help the hungry in our community. Baskets for food collection are located in the office, narthex, and adult Sunday school hall.

Women’s Bible Study starts on Wednesday, January 28th from 6:30 –8:00 pm in the Parlor. Click here for more information.

soup-smallSouper Bowl Sunday – February 1 – help fill our soup pots with donations to feed the hungry.

Program of Prayer & Self-Denial: “Welcomed by God, Welcoming All”. Tuesday, February 10 at 10 am in the parlor – all women are invited to attend this short program of reflection and prayer.
