Mission Focus For February:
Triune Mercy Center
During the month of February, St Matthew will collect the following items: laundry detergent, copy paper, paper towels, toilet paper, plastic cutlery, bus passes and gas cards. Please drop off items in the narthex, gym, or church office in the hampers marked “Triune Mercy Center”. Read about more ways to help Triune Mercy Center here.
Food Pantry: As at all times throughout the year, you are invited to bring in non-perishables for the Food Pantry at United Ministries to help the hungry in our community. Baskets for food collection are located in the office, narthex, and adult Sunday school hall.
Souper Bowl Sunday – February 1 – help fill our soup pots with donations to feed the hungry.
Program of Prayer & Self-Denial: “Welcomed by God, Welcoming All”. Tuesday, February 10 at 10 am in the parlor – all women are invited to attend this short program of reflection and prayer.
