Mission Partners
Fostering Great Ideas envisions a world where every child thrives, empowered with hope, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging. Their mission is to restore dignity and increase stability for children and families impacted by foster care through innovative solutions and meaningful relationships.
GOAL (Greenville Organized for Accountable Leadership) is a growing interfaith coalition of 29 congregations throughout Greenville County whose mission is to be a grassroots, direct action, multi-issue organization that gets at the roots of the problems in our county.
HoSEA Program
HoSEA (Housing Stability and Eviction Avoidance) is a collaboration among local congregations and nonprofits that was created to address Greenville’s eviction crisis by pooling funds and intervening with rental assistance for families facing eviction.
Safe Harbor envisions a culture in which all people feel safe and valued in their relationships. Their mission is to provide pathways for people impacted by domestic abuse to survive and thrive and raise awareness of domestic abuse through community engagement and education.
Salkehatchie Summer Service, a mission of the United Methodist Church-South Carolina Conference, has been helping those in need since 1978. Salkehatchie is a servant ministry where youth and adult volunteers come together to serve the community by repairing homes for neighbors across our state.
St. Matthew Weekday Preschool is a place where children learn to work and play with others, develop skills at individual rates of growth, and express ideas through the many different activities. The preschool is an outreach of our church and through our Scholarship Fund we strive to make childcare accessible and affordable for all.
Triune Mercy Center provides emergency relief in the form of meals and access to resources such as medical and legal aid, addiction and mental health counseling, and an array of social services. They offer a radical welcome to anyone who passes through their doors.
United Ministries is a direct services organization that serves individuals and families experiencing scarcity by providing basic needs for stability and supportive services to achieve self-sufficiency. They envision a Greenville community working together to ensure that everyone has access to the resources and the opportunities to thrive.
